Most of our houses are old. They were built with Cast iron, Clay, or even tar paper sewer lines. Over time the joints in these systems fail and tree roots get a taste of that fertilized water and set up shop. We can pull them all out with our Power Rod. This fix usually lasts 1-5 years, depending on severity.

When a sink, bathrub, or floor drain is clogged but the toilets work; its usually one of these. These lines are only 1.5” to 2” lines. With our 1/4” power rod we can dislodge anything backing up the line and send it out into the big 4” main to wash out into wherever sewers go. The great beyond.

This one is tough. And the most obvious. We find out pretty quick with the Power Rod if you have a more serious issue. With our sewer camera we can confirm you have a broken line that needs replaced. Whether its a small section that can be repaired or a whole sewer line, we can handle it.
